How long will it be till I receive my order?
Orders on Sakes Alive!!'s E-Store are handled within 2-3 days of purchase. There's been a couple kinks in the past, but things are moving smooth now. We only ship via first class method. So generally expect your order in 7-10 days.
Do I have to have a Paypal account to order?
Nope! Upon hitting "Checkout" you will be redirected to Paypal to complete your order. However, you have your option of logging into your Paypal account or just typing in your credit card and address info. If you really don't want to sign up for another service, simply don't.
I didn't receive everything in my order!
Before freaking out, depending on available stocks you may receive more than one package for your order. Perhaps all the copies around the house here of "Act II" are gone. Then what? Well, then Cavity Records will send you a copy on Sakes Alive!!'s behalf. So, if you order a shirt and record and we don't have the record, you'll receive a package from both us and the corresponding label. Cool?
So what you're saying is that I'm gonna get double charged for shipping...
Not true. All shipping rates will remain the same (as long as the USPS doesn't up their rates). Thus all is peachy. That way you can receive your order without having to wait 4 weeks for us to bug the record label, they mail it to us, for us to then mail to you. If that were the case, THEN we'd have to double charge you.
I see these weird gray bars for each item that say "Availability"? What does that mean?
That my friends, implies that the items will not exist forever. Once their gone, there's a good chance they are gone for good. So don't take your chances. We don't have a warehouse for this stuff. Meaning it's not gonna be held onto forever.
